All breeds are welcome.  This clinic is put on by the West of England B.C.C in conjunction with the open breed and limited obedience show, but you do not need to enter the show to attend the clinic (though it is nice if you do)

All dogs must be microchipped.

Please bring your registration documents and any other eye test results you may have. Please bring your paperwork into the eye clinic area when you arrive at the show, to give us time to prepare your paperwork so you will just need to sign it. This saves us all time.

While appointments are necessary to enable things to run smoothly, they are flexible, if it looks like your appointment may clash with classes you are entered in just let us know and we will work around you.  We just do not want everyone turning up in the last half hour for testing !

Once you have completed your form click Submit, You will receive an email with the approximate time of your appointment within a couple of days.

If you have booked a regular eye test you will need to present, your dog 20 minutes before the appointment time to have eye drops put in. No drops are necessary for gonioscopy.

If you have booked an appointment for both gonioscopy and a regular test, you will need to have 2 appointments, about 20 minutes apart gonioscopy to be done first, then drops in, then regular test. If you would like a longer time between the appointments let me know.

Payment is on the day. Cash or Cheques made out to West of England border collie club. We do NOT take plastic.

If you are not able to keep your appointment please let us know using our CONTACT form, as places are limited and we will then be able to offer your appointment to someone else.
